Laminated

Laminated glass is a safety glazing process which is compound by two or more glass joined by one or more EVA sheets (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), it is a plastic material with good elasticity features, transparency, and resistance. The perfect attachment of glass-EVA is obtained by a thermic treatment and pressure treatment.

The laminated glass can have two or more sheets of tempered glass or without tempering. If the glass is tempered it meets the advantages that toughening and laminating treatments provide: better resistance, high safety and fulfillment of manufactures.

Vinalsa can offer the possibility to manufacture laminated flat or curved glass.
